To ensure clarity and avoid copyright infringement, product listings rely on detailed photographs to accurately depict the doll clothing items for sale. Please review these images carefully before making a purchase.
Kindly note that dolls and accessories are not included in the product listing unless explicitly stated. The sale is exclusively for the described clothing items.
Due to the limited availability of materials, each clothing item is produced in limited quantities. Once an item is sold out, it will be listed as SOLD OUT.
All garments are lovingly crafted using upcycled fabrics and off-cuts, contributing to sustainable practices.

Customs & Taxes

International buyers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may be levied in their respective countries. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs procedures.

Fabric Disclaimer

While we take great care in selecting materials, please be aware that certain fabrics, such as some denims, dark cotton fabrics, and certain red tones, may have the potential to stain dolls. To minimize this risk, we advise against leaving the clothing on dolls for extended periods and avoiding direct sunlight exposure.
Certain delicate fabrics, including tweed, woolens, and some jersey fabrics, may be prone to tearing if not handled with care.

Delivery & Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the total weight of your order. All items are ready to be dispatched, however, please anticipate potential delays in delivery that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances with our shipping providers.

Multiple Orders Shipping Policy
To maintain operational efficiency and provide fair service to all customers, we have implemented the following policy regarding multiple orders and shipping charges:

Each order placed through our online shop is processed as a separate transaction with its own shipping fee.
While we may occasionally consolidate multiple orders from the same customer into a single package for delivery efficiency, shipping fees for each separate order will still apply.
We do not provide refunds for shipping costs on multiple orders placed within the same day, even if items are shipped together in one package. Consolidating packages is a courtesy we would provide for delivery efficiency, not a guarantee of shipping refunds

To avoid multiple shipping charges, we strongly encourage you to:

Complete your shopping and add all desired items to your cart before finalizing checkout
Review your cart thoroughly before submitting your order

Refund and Return Policy

Due to the handmade and limited-edition nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds.

However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. We are happy to consider return requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as you have received your order if you believe a return is warranted.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
